Business Research Analyst-Voice
Responsible for working as part of a team to support the UK/US clients in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the B2B sales promotion teams that can operate effectively on a day to day basis.

Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Outbound Voice Process to international clients to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
- Research and target prospects using a variety of lead generation tools
- Accountable for the smooth flow of operations
- Abide by companies’ and clients Information Security policies.
- Prospect Database Development
- Internet Research-based calling and Verification
- List Management on MS Excel Sheet
- Maintaining and preparing activity reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an MBA. Technical background -Preferable.
Skill Sets:
- Excellent English communication
- Fresher with good English proficiency can be considerable.
- Prior experience in telemarketing & analytics will be an added advantage.
- Strong account management and relationship skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive and winning attitude
- Ability to do multi-task
- Quality focus, Improvise, Adapt and Deliver with accuracy.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge such as applying basic formulas, sorting data, filtering data, etc.
Experience:
- Min 6 months + Years of Call Center Experience (Preferable)
